Celebrity in Levenshulme
Basma Ahmad has called into our office and been presented with her Vouchers this week. We are very pleased to announce that her drawing has been sent to the printers and the ‘welcome to your new home’ cards will be implemented next year.
Basma’s drawing will also be on display at the Inspire Centre, a new community hub at the heart of Levenshulme which is open to everyone.

Levenshulme at Christmas
PAD4U are where pleased to be involved with this year’s Levenshulme Christmas Light Switch on.
The event took place on Tuesday 30th November at the Village Green, local children were invited to meet Farther Christmas and receive a free present. A local school choir spread Christmas cheer with classical songs, Elvis Presley, Fred the Red and the lord Mayor Mark Hackett were amongst the special guests for the evening.
The lights were switched on by the Lord Mayor and mince pies where handed out.
All in all the event was enjoyed by everyone!

VAT Increase
Just a reminder which I am sure every Landlord is prepared for is the VAT increase to 20% with effect from 4th Januray 2011.
All work carried out and completed *before* this date will be invoiced at the previous rate of 17.5%.
Our systems will be amended in the new year to accomodate this change, therefore please don’t be surprised to see maintenance costs increase where VAT is applicable.
