When you become a PAD4U landlord, you will recieve full online secure access to your statements, local property news and more. Allowing you to keep control of your finances. This service is provided free of charge to all PAD4U landlords.

Local Knowledge

We are local people and so are our employees. We know within our areas what tenants are looking for in a property and what they are willing to pay.

We can advise potential tenants on local ameneites, schools, transport, community services and more.

Experience

There is no subsitute for experience. PAD4U has been managing property in Greater Manchester for over 20 Years.  We ourselves our landlords and have discovered (the hard way) how to best manage property over the decades.  Whenever you call us, chances are you'll be speaking to a fellow landlord. PAD4U encourage and assist all staff to be landlords, because we feel there is no subsitute for experience.

Training

Our staff are trained to NAEA standards and we are constantly monitoring legislation to ensure our landlords don't come a croper to new laws related to property.  We can provide indepth advice on licensing, TDS schemes, Health & Safety, HMO licensing and more.

Maintenance

We have longed believed the secret to Property Management is Property Maintenance.  This is why we have our own Maintenance Division within the company including our own tradespeople to ensure a speedy reponse and a quality service.  We provide a 24 - Hour service which means if there is an emergency, rest assured, it's already being attended to.
