working for some of the leading finance companies (Eurobank, Societe Generale, Kensington Mortgages, etc.) before taking the reins of the family business PAD4U.
Passions include: Gadgets, Tennis and Food (Cooking and Eating!).

Simon Galgut: Finance and IT Manager, Simon has decades of experience in IT Consultacy helping big name firms such as Kellogs manage their IT systems.
A qualified engineer, Simon's passions including Cycling (from Mountain Biking to Racing) and anything to do with bikes! Simon ensures landlords statements
are accurate, that our myriad of systems keep ticking and is on hand for finance and tax advice.

Paul Robertson: Business Development Manager, Paul has served PAD4U for over 20 years! A veteran landlord, with experience through the ups and downs
of the property market. Paul meets up with prospective landlords and vendors, offers advice on the property and market in general and provides valuations.
Passions include the Gym, swiming with his children and travelling.

Alaine Bradbury: Estates Manager, Alaine has worked in property for over 8 years and has been with PAD4U for 5 years. Alaine has experience in Property Sales, Lettings, Block Management and Maintenance. Alaine has completed her ARLA Technical Award.
Heading up our busy Estates and Letting Team, Alaine ensures the operation runs smoothly.
Passions include (apart from excellent customer service!) working at the homeless charity Lifeshare, growing vegetables and eating out.

Joe Sloyan: Projects Manager, Joe has decades of experience in joinery and structural works.
A master joiner by trade and FENSA approved fiter, Joe oversees all sub-contractors, ensuring all work is professional, carried out in good time, and at fair price. Joe has worked hard to acheive our FMB MasterBond, Trustmark, FENSA qualifications.
Joe assures me the pencil isn't a prop, he sleeps like that!

Luke Elston: Sales & Lettings Negotiator, Luke has been working for PAD4U for 3 years, before this at Halifax Estate Agency. Luke ensures we advertise our properties in the best light and finds the right tenants for our properties.
Luke has completed his ARLA and NAEA Technical Awards. Passions include Sports (Watching and Playing), Cooking and Films.

Cara Heaney: Estates Administrator, Cara has been with PAD4U for over 10 years, has completed her NAEA Technical Award,
and still found time to build a medium sized property portfoilo! Cara specialises in rent management and housing benefit processing.
Like other members of the team, Cara’s experience as a landlord is key to our success in understanding our client’s needs. Passions include her beautiful children, eating out and skiing.
